It was totally unrealistic of me to think it could possibly be fixed in time, however Mel worked her magic & replaced the slider on the zip which meant replacing the whole zip was unnecessary, and therefore had the jacket back later that day! Exceptional service in the circumstances and can't thank her enough for saving the day and making one little girl very happy!
